I'm posting some links here for prosperity. I have about 300 open firefox tabs i need to close, and i don't get to reading, or looking at those links. So maybe if i post them here, you'd read them, look at the, or do something with them, then tell me how cool they are and then I'd put them in a higher priority and handle them.
I've also added snap.com to make it easier.

Even if you're clinically paranoid, it doesn't mean they aren't after you.
Look at these people work : they are pro's !
At 2:20 the thieves enter, at 3:00 they "help" bring another chair around the table, and while doing that, moving the bag to a more convenient location for them, and at 3:50, thief #1 starts pushing the bag with his leg, little by little, and by 4:20 thief #2 takes it and leaves the place.

Trying not getting to symbolic in this post.
The sunflowers are dead. I neglected to water my plants for a few days, and it was very hot. So now they are dead.
I got 'the symbolic sunflowers seeds of success" as a birthday gift/shameless promotion from my bank.
So symbolically they died after I neglected to water them for a few hot days.
On the other hand my Bazil, Scallions, and Mint are alive and blooming.
So the non symbolic plants that I chose because of my watering schedule are still alive.
Now ends this symbolic post in which i chose to symbolize my plants.
DRAMA IN OUTER SPACE !

Wow !
This was one of the most dramatic live "news" events I've heard in a while !
while looking for a video for Ami's blog I decided to watch and hear NASA TV for a while.
After about 5 minutes of listening to the live broadcast, I start hearing a beep.
Then : another similar beep.
Then the beeps continue, they sound something like a heart monitor machine.
They start getting louder and quicker
After a few beeps, Huston calls the ISS, and asks them :
"We see a fire alarm, please confirm"
Apparently, there an alarm in the Russian FGB module. a few minutes of real drama, you could hear some fear in the voices of the astronauts, and the voice translator that translated the Russian astronauts.
It turned out to be a false fire alarm, cause by a software error in the Russian laptop.
Still, for a few minutes, my heart was beating slightly faster. as if you can see a disaster in the folding.
They looked around, performed the emergency procedure, didn't find fire, didn't find smoke, no detectable smell, and no indication in other instrument, and they declared it false alarm cause by software error.
But for me, It was a few minutes of a nine elevenish kind of experience...

start up founders are NOT performance artists.
they aren't very good stand up comedian.
They don't know to write script or pretend to be someone else.
Rule number one of fiction writing, directing or acting : Maintain suspension of disbelief over your audience.
There wasn't any. I couldn't believe any of the CEOs or the marketing people with their silly show about "wow ! this
product/service is so good ! where can i get it ?" bullshit.
You're the fucking FOUNDER ! didn't you hear about you OWN product ?
I sat through 10 presentations. most of them had a "show" worse then a high school finishing play.
OH MY GOD ! why do they do it ?
Talk straight, talk forward.
Just don't pretend. You're not good at it. You might be good at lying to your investors, but you're not actor.
DOn't write your funny text. Don't try to be one on stage. Just like you don't let your secretary design and program
your MySql database.
I will commend Hingi, clicktale and g.ho.st for not putting a dumb show but actually talking to the point.
G.Ho.St actually had a VERY nice flash animation as presentation ! KUDOS !!
Another point for the organizers:
If you're running late in your time schedule, and want to speed things up, giving up the break - not a good idea.
My 30th Birthday (OMG I'm OLD) will be on April 10th.
